  • Payment of the first month’s licensing fee in advance.
  • Monthly payment of licensing fees via credit card.
  • Credit card or online payment of monthly toll charges to McLeod USA.
  • Active promotion of 1-800-401KPLAN. We do not advertise for you.

We will:

  • Share best practices, based on other clients’ success, to help you maximize your marketing.

We will not:

  • Take the number away from you—except for non-payment of license fees. (And we’ll give you 30 days to fix this situation.)
  • Surprise you with hidden fees or dramatic price increases. When it comes to our licensing agreement, what you see is what you get.
  • Lock you into using 1-800-401KPLAN. If you decide this number is not right for you, you can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
