Who can apply?

Because we offer market exclusivity, we can only accept between 100 and 200 401(k) planning firms within the 1-800-401KPLAN system. These licensees must meet the following criteria:

• Operate a 401(k) business with hundreds to thousands of participants, managing millions of dollars.
• Cross-sell a complete line of financial planning services.
• Promote financial services to 401(k) participants through ongoing marketing and advertising.
• Maintain a separate financial planning business with dedicated staff.

We also offer short-term licenses for consulting firms and pension administrators that help companies increase participation and educate employees.
